Little Gem in Kemptown Brighton

Easy key collection using a key safe box. Code and instructions were provided well in advance. Excellent little accommodation. Everything you need for a comfortable few days stay. Great communication from hosts.

The toilet door needs a slightly longer screw for the door knob 😊 that really is the only negative.

Comfortable bed, nicely decorated, nice shower, and in a good area. Good to have hairdryer, microwave and toaster. Service was excellent. I contacted Joanne about the towels as was concerned they wouldn’t be dry & clean in the latter half of our 4 night stay. She ordered an additional set of towels so we’d have fresh ones for day 3 & 4.

It’s a nice apartment but quite small.

Little gem is a well designed considerate and comfortable space that I can highly recommend. It's proximity to the royal Sussex hospital Brighton was absolutely perfect for my needs and made my life so much easier.

In a good location. Very easy to get around as excellent bus routes to the center of Brighton.Very quiet. There are local shops less than 5 mins walk away for essentials and a pub just round the corner.. the room was very clean and well presented. The Host Joanne was amazing and helpful.

The property is small but perfect.the design allows for clever storage. It is very clean and well kept and the owner is helpful. I've stayed at a few places in Brighton and this was the best . Lovely to stay somewhere where the shower works and is a consistent temperature!
