Little Gem in Kemptown Brighton

A lovely little apartment in a great location in Brighton. It was within walking distance of the seafront and the Concorde 2, which I visited for a concert during my stay. Joanne is an amazing host and checked in with me multiple times during and before my stay to make sure that everything was good and went well. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean apartament

Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was pleased to find that Little Gem surpassed even my highest standards. The room was impeccably clean and maintained. From the pristine linens to the spotless bathroom, it was evident that the staff takes great pride in upholding a high level of hygiene. Joanne answered all my questions on the WhatsApp super promptly, and was an excellent host

An absolutely fantastic place to stay in Brighton. Exceptionally clean and well set up. The owner was fabulous in terms of answering any questions and giving information about the area. The studio flat was very quiet with no noise heard at all from any neighbours unlike your average Travelodge / b&b. Perfectly situated for our trip to the Concorde 2 venue and only a short very pleasant walk to the more tourist areas of the beachfront. We would definitely stay there again.

Not an issue for us but there are several steps down from the street level to the outdoor table and chairs and the front door.
