Everything you needed for a short stay away. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped . Joanne's information before you arrived was excellent and made it a smooth transition. The parking space arranged was a very welcome addition, as parking in Brighton can be awkward. Overall, excellent.

Very clean property, owner easy to deal with prompt information. great location. eat Kemptown coffee bars and pubs and sea front.Set up like hotel room with tea, coffee etc.

"Truly a Little Gem in the heart of Brighton, we enjoyed it very much."

The property is clean quiet and comfortable. Joanne is a wonderfully helpful host, messaging me beforehand with clear instructions about gaining entry etc. Thye location was ideal and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

No nearby parking - but this is true for most of Brighton. I used the car park at "Buzz Bingo" which I was able to book via JustPark (rates are reasonable and it isn't far from Little Gem).

"Lovely stay in Kemptown"

Very lovely clean room. Great shower and fantastic location for spending time in Kemptown and Brighton. Quiet location and good, clear instructions received from the host for accessing. We would stay here again.

Clean lovely & fitting, host was amazing! Even found us a place to park our car on a very busy marathon weekend.

Communication was fantastic on the host end! I was so busy with family & work, but they went on they way to make sure everything was covered & it was smoth sailing.
