The location was quite difficult in terms of accessibility to Malay shops or halal food options. The nearest available option was approximately 8 minutes away (KFC), which made it less convenient for Muslim guests. Additionally, the overall environment did not meet expectations. The condition of the house, including the flooring and utensils, was not satisfactory as they appeared unclean. This was inconsistent with the presentation shown in the listing. The bed sheets also appeared worn and not as depicted in the photos provided. Overall, the actual condition of the property did not align with what was advertised. Even worse, there were lizard droppings at the stove area, which is very unhygienic and unacceptable. The check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily troublesome and inconvenient. The location is quite far from the guardhouse and felt unsafe, especially for those traveling alone. Overall, it was not convenient at all. Communication was also a major issue. The security personnel were unable to communicate effectively, which made it difficult to obtain proper information. When we reached out to the owner for clarification regarding the key collection, the response was unhelpful and came across as impolite, simply stating “Follow instructions” without proper guidance. Calls were also not answered, which added to the frustration. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the amount paid. For the same price range, there are many other accommodations that offer better service, a more strategic location, proper cleanliness, and a much more pleasant stay. I would not recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. WASTE OF MONEY!!! NOT WORTH IT!!!

No water heater in the share bathroom, some of the doors are broken

The house is spacious and cozy, the ac is good. Note that theres one room got no ac. The owner is also nice.
