The rooms were acceptable for a one-night stay. However, the bathroom was quite small, making the toilet difficult to use for larger individuals. I had booked a room with air conditioning, but the staff informed me that I hadn't. Since it wasn't the middle of summer, I chose not to confront them about it. While the food was good, there is definitely room for improvement. Additionally, in one of the bathrooms, I noticed someone had spit paan, which was unpleasant. The staff was helpful in tending to our needs.

Its very very disappointing for us. But no matter due to heavy visitors to Prayag Raj during that period. But I think mainly the Breakfast and Dinner was not up to the mark - which projections projected on line.

The staff is not available up to the mark in accordance to price which we paid. and also there was no arrangements for Drivers to stay at night - No Staff Room was available for service providers. It's very very dis-appointing.
