Owner was super hospitable

Water was leaking in the water fossete

Food very limited they provide only packed tea or coffee sometime cattle not working we facing lots of issue even we ask him Invoice but they not give me gst invoices

room is clean but lots of leakage in bathroom

The Manager at the location, Mr Naman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to serve us hot food even though we reached the location close to midnight!

Water supply was not there early in the morning. Hotwater was not avaialble though it was made available the force of the water was pathetic. Parking facility is not that great if you get a big car.

There are two locations for ATULYUM RETREAT STAYS. I arrived at the rooms as shown advertised on Booking.com however the manager had sent me photos of another room in the what’s app messages so I requested to be moved there because the room at the first place was very basic. I realised that when I arrived at the second place it was attached to a wedding hall and the rooms there had not been cleaned and left unattended to. The hotel sent a cleaner but he did a very basic clean and the bathroom and room were still unclean. There was no breakfast or food menu available at this location and I was offered a chai and a basic snack the next day. I had stayed one night so I did not make too much of a fuss however I think there could be major improvements to both properties in regards to cleanliness, comfort and better facilities for guests. I would like to add the two young men who helped me during my stay and the manager did accommodate me as best they could and I was offered a free lift to my onward destination which I was grateful for.

Stay was a disaster! We checked in at midnight. Rooms had layers of dust on furniture, there were dirty spots on the bedding, one of the toilets had a broken toilet seat, and they were not cleaned before we came. The position of the sink and toilet was so weird one could barely sit on it. The hotel manager took us to complimentary sight seeing ride when we arrived, which was redeeming initially and we wanted to let the room issues go because of that. Later, they increased our pending amount by 900. Their driver then separately asked us for more and we had to pay him again. There was absolutely zero communication and coordination between the staff. Seems like they just got here one week ago. Very rude and demanding driver, extremely slow service of food. When I say extremely slow, I mean everything was one hour late. There was no tea or coffee available in the morning. We had to leave at 6 am and we were told the staff will try to arrange. No coffee pouch available either. We were delayed by an hour. On top of everything the other manager was extremely rude and was pestering us for money and making rude comments on our character. We paid in halves because they were overcharging us. When we went to see their kitchen we almost vomited because of how dirty it was. Extremely unhygienic and we regretted every meal we ate there. We were only there for 40 hours to visit and had multiple delays because of their slow service. On our second night, some guests and staff were making a ruckus at 5 am in the morning. Shouting so loud that all of us woke up. I would never recommend staying here to anyone. Better stay in an ashram in Kumbh. I have enough evidence/photos to proof my case!!! Please provide refund!
