The Location is near Arail Ghat and was good during Kumbh, The staff is super friendly and they accommodate your requests.

I had booked two rooms for my family while they were visiting the kumbh mela. The feedback they provided was aligned with most of the recent reviews here. It is a house where they are renting the rooms and the photos do not correspond to reality. They are overcharging by increasing the price by 350% of their usual stay and when asked about this the arrogant response was that everyone is doing this. They probably don’t care enough to also improve their service. They offer meals for the duration of stay but then provide food on plastic plates without any cutlery and for the cost of 7k per room per night that is the least they could do. Once finished with food, no one would come to pick up the plates. As advertised here, breakfast should be included in the cost and one would expect a selection to choose from but unfortunately that is not the case. Another expectation is that at the given cost, they would provide towels and toiletries but again, there were none. They did advise to come early to the hotel due to difficulties on the roads in the city but upon reaching they wouldn’t provide the room ahead of advertised check in time, which in my opinion goes against their advise of coming early. Overall, they are just hungry for cash but do not care for customer satisfaction and are misusing the current situation in the city to fill their pockets as much as possible.

It is basically a home stay They booked us on triple occupancy, but did not have any bedding for the third person. Breakfast was also fixed poha with no option. not at all up to the mark . They were just trying make hay while the sun shine, means trying to en-cash the Kumbh crowd

The staff and specifically owner was not only courteous but also extremely helpful and guided us for Mahakumbh. As a matter of fact the hotel arranged for lunch at short notice for us .

Even Five star and above rated hotels have shortcomings, so whatever shortcomings are there are not worth worrying about .
