We had asked for twin bed, however, when we reached there, they give us double bed. File booking explicitly and ensure that it is twin bed because we were two of us travelling.

After 12hrs flight and 1 hour by Taxi I reached the hotel at 10PM to check-in but I surprised that the hotel canceled my booking and they don't have any vacant rooms They reason was that I didn't pay 50% of the stay cost however i booking website it is clearly mentioned I'll bay at the hotel It was so inconvenience & rude
