"with each stay. getting worse."

Cozy, warm environment. Clean bedding The forest is, as always, a wonderful relaxation area.

The floors were not washed, we were expecting a fireplace with firewood. The tableware was folded.

Location was great, beautiful scenery. Our cabin was great, as described and as pictured on booking. The cabin was all clean and the hot tub was clean and ready to use when we arrived. All the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Value for money in my opinion. Great for a short break.

The swimming pool area, although it was clean it could do with a bit of an update with a paint job perhaps. I was still happy to use as the pool was clean. It is small, but, I think it is a bonus to get a pool on sites such as these.

I liked where it was based and the peacefulness

When enjoying a morning coffee there are workers at 8am with a leaf blower making such noise.. and then when your trying to relax in hot tub... same again... then at 9am on day of departure I had a worker unlock the gate out balcony walk over to the hot tub and then knock on and ask if I'm goin to use it again... check out is by 10am so why would they not wait till I have checked out... not very professional... and the cabin itself isn't clean at all
