The hot tub was amazing , very hot indeed but very fun! My daughter really enjoyed playing with the barbie dolls she was so exited that she brought her own barbie doll!

Nothing it was really fun ,very enjoyable. My daughter really liked the pink house and hot tub and overall the Barbie theme. May have ben useful for more towels for the hot tub.

Loved the hot tub room and the general layout of the property

It was quite dirty, the bathroom being the worst, dust & cobwebs, the shower screen trim was green. Mould in the freezer. Only one kitchen tap works. Something looked like porridge on the door curtains. Need a good dust & hoover. Maintenance being done to the outside of property while we’re trying to relax, felt this could of been done between check in & out, worker coming back in the dark looking for a drill & saying oh fuk when he couldn’t find it.

"Feel like I need a deep clean when I get home"

The property was a disappointment if I’m totally honest. It was very dirty, the bathroom absolutely stunk of urine from the moment we got here, the lady at reception gave me some bleach to clean the bathroom. I also had to take apart the dishwasher filter and clean the inside of that as it was full of food waste and the items were coming out more dirty than they went in.

I don’t believe anyone cleans the lodges at all. The crockery and cutlery all needed to be cleaned before use, the bathroom was disgusting and it was just not the kind of holiday experience I was looking for, cleaning all weekend to feel like I could even settle there. There was also a letter of eviction on the lodge window when we arrived so if you’re booked to come here after 11/04/2026 I would strongly advise you to look into this booking as it seems like the site will be closed from that date onwards.
