Modern Apt in Central Reykjavík

No curtains in living room and some maintenance of lights and shower

Location was excellent

Had trouble entering the building in check in. The key from the lock box would not open the door. This was the extremely stressful at 2am in the morning with no phone service. Had to borrow a taxi driver’s phone to call for help. Took over 45 minutes to get in the apartment. Lighting in the property was dull. Switches didn’t work. Lights in main bedroom didn’t work. Had to use the lamps. No lamps in the other bedroom. Sheets had holes in them. Almost looked liked cigarette burns. No extra blankets. No welcome letter or compendium. A map of the town would have been useful.

Апартаменты отлично расположены, все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Из удобств: две туалетных комнаты, две спальни, неплохие кровати, но узкие.

Из минусов очень ранний выезд в 10:00. В ванных комнатах отсутствовали шампунь и гель для душа, поняли это утром, написали персоналу, но их принесли только после обеда. В остальном все ок)

The location was incredible and the property was pristine. I could not have asked for more. The price for the apartment/condo is far more reasonable than two rooms at a hotel and the management/owner was excellent with communicating. Highly highly recommend!

No complaints at all. Parking in Iceland is pricey, but that is everywhere on the island.

Everything was perfect, just had trouble accessing the building in the evening until we figured out another door under the building

Expensive parking option but this is normal for the area, the apartment was perfect.

A beautiful apartment, close to many tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Owners are quick to respond to queries and gave lots of helpful advice to make the most of our stay. Kitchen facilities were great for keeping food costs down in an expensive city! Definitely recommend.
