The apartment is spacious, newly redone in a very moderns style, and nicely decorated, in a perfect location in the city. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for cooking. Big windows provided a lot of light, and the outdoor sitting area was lovely.

The check-in procedure was confusing and time-consuming. We did not receive email instructions in advance as promised, even after writing the day before, and had to call upon arrival in Reykjavik to request them again. Once received, we realized that the keys were not at or near the apartment address, but had to be retrieved from a locker locker at the bus station a fifteen minute walk away. The process would have been much easier if keys had instead been left in the lockbox that was right next to the front door of the apartment.
