Location. Spacious apartment with 3 comfy sofas & a jacuzzi. Plenty of fresh towels. Comfy bed & pillows. Dog friendly. Independent check in/out.

The apartment had pretty much everything you could need except a drainer & sponge/cloth for washing up the odd cup & cutlery. There is a dishwasher but it had no cutlery basket. Had to use kitchen roll to clean worktops & dining table. No cleaning spray. Only 3 dishwasher tablets. Batteries were needed for TV remote & the TV is too high up the wall - cricked necks! A shelf in the bathroom and in the shower would be useful. Better instructions for setting heating would have been helpful. It was absolutely baking when we arrived & took hours to cool down.

TV too high on the wall 3 side plates only for 4 person apartment 1 big plate only 1 dirty bowl marks on the wall by the TV where paint has come off rubbish electric heater in 2nd bedroom does nothing to heat the room 1 t-towel not enough, 2 would be good kitchen roll roll be good tatty chalk board with broken handle wobberly table to sit at, only 2 chairs stools at kitchen breakfast bar don't allow you to fit your knees underneath properly as there too high doors didn't shut heating didn't work so we were cold- they moved us to a different apartment though so that was amazing.
