Appartamento nel Centro di Como

Ottima posizione e grande superficie

I tubi dei climatizzatori obbligano a lasciare accostate le finestre. Non c'era shampoo o bagnoschiuma (magari una dimenticanza). Un solo cuscino per persona e lenzuola un po' usurate

Great location, good space

Air conditioning unit was very loud but much too hot at night without it

The location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful. It was definitely good value for money and we had an amazing 3 days in Como.

We couldn't close the windows because of the Aircon so it was a bit loud with the church bells and people passing but it wasn't a major issue.

The location was very central and one block from the ferry and Lago Como Regional train. Loved the apartment and everything was very clean . It had all the essentials and even a Nespresso coffee machine. The unit has 2 AC units which work perfect!! . McD is just in the first floor so it’s very convenient if you need some breakfast and coffee !

Not inconveniente but note the elevator takes you to the 4th floor only and you need to take some extra steps if you have a large luggage it can get hard. . Also, the elevator is small. Only recommendation would be to provide some extra cleaning towels, trash bags and or broom in case it’s required. I would love if they had an iron since I like to iron my clothes especially since everything was packed in a small luggage.

Excellent location in central Como. Very spacious apartment for two people.

In the heat of summer it was very hot being on the top floor of the apartment. There was air conditioning units in both the lounge and bedroom but very loud and inefficient with the windows open to vent.
