Appartamento nel Centro di Como

Location only.

The apartment was on the 5th floor and we had to climb 2 flights of steps to reach the top floor as the lift only went to the 4th floor. The heat was unbearable even at night with only Mobile air conditioning units that seem to blow the hot air around instead of cooling the room. We got in touch with the owner as the remote and power supply to the amazon stick were missing and we were promised that the cleaning person would be in touch but they never came. We only had 1 supply of towels and given the heat we needed showers twice a day. The water pressure in the shower was poor also. Would not stay here again.

1- The location was close to everywhere. 2- There is every type of charger there is. 3- The bed and the apartment were clean.

1- There is no parking for the renters on site, only for the residents and that made us take a parking ticket not knowing the system. 2- There is elevator but not to the actual apartment, you have to climb two setts of stairs to reach the apartment. 3- It is difficult to reach the building by car, easier by walking to the building which made it difficult to transfer luggage.

Location was perfect

We were on the 5th floor so we had to haul our very large bags up the stairs from the 4th to 5th floor, but it was fine.

Very central location. Good directions from host. Very clean apartment. Perfectly spacious for my husband and I for 2 nights. Big double bed.

It's up 6 flights of stairs, which I don't think was listed on the booking. There is a lift, but that doesn't reach the top floor where the apartment is. There weren't any toiletries left either, which I'd expect for the price.

The movable air conditioner was leaking out water, and we needed to stop using it.

Easy access and great location!

The air conditioner in the living room had a leak. No air conditioner in the bedroom. If you have lots of luggage…note: there are a few stairs once you get out of the elevator.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Great location right in the centre. Host provided clear check in instructions, cold water upon arrival and answered all questions. Great electric fans which work well. Nice to have a tv with Netflix for the end of a tiring day.

We separated our waste but there weren’t the bins out back that we were instructed to use, had to walk to find relevant bins with suitcases. Check in instructions were sent a bit late. Otherwise, absolutely lovely stay and I would recommend!
