Appartamento nel Centro di Como

The property itself was very good but the building in which it is located felt a little dated & in the evening time it felt very secluded & a bit shady.

The location of the property, though centrally located, was somewhat shady so I didn’t get a good feeling about it specifically after dark.

A bit dirty, we found hair and mold in the shower. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and we were barely given and toilet paper. No complimentary toiletries so make sure you have your own.

Location was perfect, short walk to the ferry, cable car and train station. Lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shop. If you’re visiting Lake Como and want to be near everything, it’s the perfect spot! Bedroom was big and comfortable.

As there was 3 of us staying, it would have been nice to have 3 wine glasses as we only had 2. Would have been nice to have some extras pillows spare.

Nice apartment shame it is so hot Central location

This apartment is directly under roof with no insulation. The portable air con units and fans provided cannot cool the vast area under the roof. The air con is not the wall mounted air conditioning we were expecting. Just small portal units. Was so hot we couldn’t sleep. May be better in winter but wouldn’t stay in Summer. We also received a message to “leave the place the way we found it” and not to leave make-up on towels??? This concerned me as make-up should wash out of towels if washed properly! And isn’t cleaning included in cost?
