Appartamento nel Centro di Como

The apartment was great! Right in the centre, very spatious, a good value for the money overall. The host was very helpful, she answered any question we had.

The only problem would be if you have mobility problems as the apartment is on the top floor and the elevator stops one floor under (but for us it was not a problem at all). Also, keep in mind that there is no parking if you are coming by car. You have to park about 6 minutes walking from the apartment and the price is relatively big there.

The location was good. Very central in Como. There were a few usb adapters left out for guest use.

Overall, the apartment had a couple of issues. Firstly, during July, it became uncomfortably hot due to its location in the attic floor and direct sunlight exposure, making the fans ineffective in cooling it down. Secondly, there were some small and inexpensive amenities missing, such as a bottle of cold water in the fridge and a small shampoo, which could have made the stay more comfortable. The bed's headboard was also challenging to clean thoroughly between guests, and the presence of a crucifix on the wall might be considered unusual for an apartment hosting guests from various faiths around the world.

The extra bed was not ok. A bar was running thru the middle. Needs to be replaced with a real twin bed and mattress. No one could sleep there so we had to sleep with 3 people in 1 bed which was not ideal. And no air conditioning unit was tough. It was hot during the day and at night it was loud outside so it was hard to keep the windows open.. couldnt figure out how to stay cool but minmize noise.

We checked in earlier than 2pm normal check-in, super easy to find the apartment with a guide video, amazing location, host left us adapters and all cutlery and plates
