Everything was wonderful : Rooftop terrace with pool, chairs and tables, clean and beautiful appartment with all amenities and super comfy. Close from the tourist areas in Casco viejo. Responsive host and a security at the door. I would like to go back there, the is only just one but...

In front of the building there was very loud people with very loud music that played from Saturday afternoon until Sunday when left (11 AM). When I mean loud, I mean very loud, all night long. We could see the drug dealing there and noticed the poorer area. We understand it is not the fault of the owners and we have no judgment about the situation but just note, if you are looking for a quiet place, you might be disappointed. It has been hard to sleep.

The photos make it seem like the pool is private to the apartment, which is not the case.

Location of the appartments is 1/2 block into the poor residential area, but that is an optics topic, not a problem of security etc. I am not sure if I liked the 100% tourist-dominated parts of the old town better

Small but comfortable private place with anything you would need to feel safe and at home.

Couldn’t get to the pool from terrace. It was locked . It remained closed and I used the other entry.

First, the staff was very helpful and professional. The location was attractive. The apartment was well-decorated and equipped, making me feel at home. It was also close to restaurants and historical places.

The residents' loud music, not the property's, is not their fault but has to do with the location.

We had a terrace studio apartment. The kitchen, bedroom/sofa area met our expectations. Our private rooftop terrace was large with a sofa, chair and 6 person dining table. The roof top pool was cozy with really nice views and 6 sun loungers. The rooftop also had a common area with 5-6 tables and a really nice tiled floor. The apartment and building common areas looked like they had been completely remodeled recently. A car is not needed if you are sticking to Casco Viejo.

The location is technically just outside (maybe 1-2 blocks) of Casco Viejo and is economically depressed. This did not bother us but some folks might not feel the same. Walk only a couple of short blocks and you are in the tourist area. We never felt unsafe or threatened.
