The room was actually nice. It had everything.

I didnt like the fact that tissues could not be placed in toilet but it wasnt much of a bother. There was no mat in the bathroom.

Amazing room. All facilities included and a beautiful view from the roof

Great location in Casco Viejo within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Rooftop and pool had a great view of the city.

It would be great to have a few extra blankets and towels

I like everything about the place. Cleanness, location, staff and the roof top.

The apartment was modern and clean and reasonably quiet

The neighbourhood is really rough. We went out for a very short walk when we arrived. Police every 2 blocks "for our safety" and lots of rough characters hanging out in doorways. There were 4 ft high piles of rotting garbage on several street corners. Also the stove in the apartment did not work (we wanted to cook breakfast) and the doors and keys were challenging. For the cost of our apartment $200 US. We we warned by our taxi driver not to walk alone.

We LOVE this property….we’ve stayed here 4 times in the last 4 months. The location is perfect for Casco Viejo, we LOVE the staff (they remember us every time!), it’s so clean and modern and just an overall great place to stay.

It’s a fantastic property.

Great apartment for a family of 4! Easy to get around town with from here with an Uber.
