La Cuadra Apartments by AcoModo

Beautiful apartment! We stayed at La Cuadra for 3 nights Wednesday -Saturday 2 br 2 1/2 bathroom was perfect for 4 people. It was quiet. The pool was a nice option and the view was great. Had all the kitchen amenities you need if you want to stay in and cook. Or If you want to explore Casco Viejo it’s just a few blocks to restaurants and rooftop bars. We felt safe to come and go. Police were right outside the building. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the apartment. Comfy and modern decor and furniture. Bed was comfy, nice linens. Apartment was spotless. Well equipped. Although we had read reviews it was on the edge of a tourist area we never at any time felt unsafe . Locals were friendly and respectful. A very short walk and you have tons of restaurants. Would recommend you stay here 1000%

Honestly having a hard time thinking that anything could be improved . The only thing missing was a tea towel for the kitchen. No big deal

We stayed here because we were attending a family wedding in Casco Veijo. The apartment was immmaculate. The concierges were helpful. It felt like a great place to be. We loved the pool although we didnt have much time to make use of it. I would stay here again. I loved the washer dryer too, so useful on holiday. The kitchen facilities were great.

Nothing really, it was a good place. I wanted some scales to weigh my luggage, so perhaps they could be added to the concierge equipment,, also a few umbrellas on the roof would be good, but I am nit picking.

We were very comfortable here. Great rooftop area.

It was just like living in my own apartment. All the comforts of home. There is a very goog restaurant right in the apartment complex that you have access to without ever having to go out onto the street.

Location. The apartment complex is not in the best of neighborhoods. You're okay going out during daylight hours. But at night it is a bit risky. A lot of homeless, drug, and crime in the area. It is a long two block walk until you're in a safer area. I would suggest not going past calle 10 Este and Av.A stay in the main heart of casco viejo Independence Square area. The apartment complex is at C.12 Oeste and Av.A. with entrance on Av.A. There are police presents in the area, but from what I observed, it's all show, no action.
