Food prices are little bit on high side

Neat and clean facility. The best thing is that its in start of Gilgit just near to road diversion to Hunza. So if you are coming from a long journey it’s best place to stay and go ahead. They made a beautiful welcome bed and all staff members were super supportive.

All good on my first visit. Due to low occupancy break buffet was not available but they provide on table service that was also good. Would love if they could somehow manage breakfast buffet on low occupancy was well. But I loved my stay.

Excellent location with best views and great service. I would recommend it for all people visiting Gilgit. The staff is super nice and very accomodating as well. The food was awesome as well.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer fantastisch. Der Grillabend im Garten war auch besonders schön.

Zimmer für Fahrer wären schön, damit diese am gleichen Ort übernachten können.

We were sleeping and out of nowhere our room was opened and someone entered the room as the staff didn’t knew it was occupied but then they apologised about that but its okay. My wife was scared

We recently stayed at this modern and well-maintained hotel and were generally very pleased with our experience. After a long 4-hour drive, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink, which was much appreciated. The check-in process was quick and efficient, handled with a genuine smile by the front desk team. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely presented, with crisp bedding, a fresh scent, and a comfortable bed. The balcony offered a stunning view of Gilgit and the surrounding mountains, which was a real highlight of our stay. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent—both the food and service were top-notch. The evening staff were professional and pleasant, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also features a beautiful terrace garden, where peacocks roam freely—a lovely and unique touch.

That said, there were a few drawbacks. Breakfast was underwhelming, and the experience was affected by disorganised staff, who appeared flustered and uncoordinated, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Another concern is that the hotel does not offer sleeping arrangements for drivers. This is a significant inconvenience, especially for travellers who hire private transport, as it makes it difficult for drivers to find affordable nearby accommodation. Additionally, although the hotel is advertised as non-smoking, we noticed a guest smoking in a public area. Despite bringing it to the attention of staff, it wasn’t clear whether any action was taken. This detracted from the otherwise calm and pleasant environment. The hotel does not provide any irons in rooms or on request which I have never experienced in any hotel. The only option is to use the paid hotel ironing service. I was told this was a policy from the head office and that several other guests had also complained ed about the previously. This needs to be addressed urgently as it cannot be expected that guests either go around in un-ironed clothes or are forced to pay for the hotels ironing service. Lastly, the snooker table needs maintenance—one of the cues was broken, and the triangle was missing, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper game.
