Exceptional facilities and service plus wide range of food and close to KKH. Only negative was the nasty Nescafé coffee machine that should be replaced with milk coffee

Nails sticking out from the carpet in the room, it poked me and my wife’s feet both. When I complained about it, they simply just apologized and didn’t accommodate me in any other way. Kind of disappointed that they take people’s safety lightly. No regards to the fact that it could potentially cause a septic reaction. The lady at the front still had the audacity to ask for a 10/10 review!

The hotel’s location is pretty close by to all the main spots. The staff is exceptional, we had a little situation with our flight being delayed and later rescheduled, but they were super cooperative and made sure everything went seamlessly for us once we finally reached Gilgit.

Not much, we liked everything. Just waiting for the pool and spa to inaugurate in July, or by the next time we visit.

Excellent service and a very clean property. Good value for money

It’s a very new hotel so most facilities like gym, pool and spa are not ready yet but it’s still a good value for money.
