Ramada Resort by Wyndham Gilgit

Very clean hotel. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Staff were beyond exceptional - particularly Mr Abbas who was just overwhelmingly kind and supportive.

Gym equipment was old and there were no towels or water

Clean, spa was excellent, the pool etc and the views were amazing. Amna, Abbas and Sandar were great on the front desk also was the supervisor but I didn’t get his name.

If you could have a glass of wine out side watching the view that would be amazing. I believe they are acquiring the license.

The location is excellent with staff extra cooperative. The reception ladies went an extra mile to upgrade our rooms

The staff and their warmth, their hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They accommodated our requests in every way possible and made sure that we had a relaxing evening after our long travel to Gilgit. In fact, a few days later when our flight was cancelled, they welcomed our group and allowed us to wait at the hotel, even giving us a complimentary room to rest in. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Certainly the best experience we could have imagined and beyond.

Very pleasant hotel in Gilgit. The views from my balcony were spectacular. The hotel was very clean throughout. The staff are polite and helpful. Very nice pool area.

The quality and variation at breakfast could be improved. There was cereal but no milk. My room had a couple of issues - the safe didn't work at first and the plug in the bathroom sink got stuck and wouldn't pop back up. Using the outdoor pool was a bit of an awkward experience; they seemingly had to open up the area for me even though it was after its official opening time. I was slightly made to feel like I was being an inconvenience.

The hotel was really modern and the rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They also offered complimentary drop off to the airport which was a nice addition. The rooms could have been slightly cleaner but nothing major. There was also an issue where they took the money upfront before our stay but I wanted to pay upon arrival. This issue was not resolved so worth bearing in mind if you don’t want to pay using the card you booked with!
