Cigarette dog ends outside, and I smoke but disposed of mine in a respectful manner! A minor problem, obviously other people dont care!

Location was good for an unexpected stay. Superbly appointed. Warm. comfortable

Checking in was a little clunky in terms of finding the property. Details mentioned Glanville Road but it was unclear which side of road the apartment was so I wandered round the complex on the other side of the road before realising where i needed to be. In fairness it was 11pm and dark but it was not clear how i would get the key. Probably partly down to me. Once i had the key is was very straightforward

Excellent quiet location convenient for the station, but only a brisk walk from the town centre. Having the park nearby would be restful for a longer stay. Host responded well when I queried WHERE it was (as Booking.com map shows somewhere else).

Hooks for outdoor coats in the hallway would be a useful touch. Eclectic mix of towels on arrival , but no shower mat. BEWARE: Directions are not clear at all (missing road & property names). Received 2 confirmations. One for #35 and a different one on the day. That may or may not have confusion over my car registration. There is nothing to scan in the property despite the instruction in the booking confirmation!
