Had to wait 5 days to get back the deposit only to be told that 1 towel was missing. A day after checking out i had already messaged the caretaker whether everything was in order but no reply. Only on the 5th day when i contacted the owner to ask about my deposit then was i told about the missing item (which of course was not in my belongings) Proceeded to pay as i did not want to prolong the matter. Disappointed as we were held responsible for the incident which we were not even aware of.
