The Penthouse TROIKA KOTA BHARU

It’s such a luxury penthouse had ever being. The unit design comes with high class furniture and kitchen available as such we just feeling at our lovely home. Really like it because it such comfortable, furthermore it ‘s just 5 ~10 minutes driving distance to the KB Mall and Pasar Siti Khatijah . it such a good experience for staying in …… and I will consider to stay again in the future, tq

Everything’s great as usual. Unit maintained well by the housekeepers & pic. Cleanliness was neat, clean & tidy The host kak zeela was really helpful & super friendly. 2nd time staying here. Highly recommended due to it’s location as it is in the centre of Kota Bharu. Easy access to all the favourite places. Will definitely repeat again for the subsequent visits.

As per the description inside it, this unit is meant for up to max of 10 person. So i guess they need to add more mattresses & pillows as well. As it’s not enough place to sleep due to one of the room only provide 1 single bed. Aside from that everything is cool 👌🏻

Perhaps the second double and single room could each be equipped with a wall mirror.

The place was comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Located conveniently near the kota bharu center. View were splendid as its located on the highest building in kota bharu. It was immaculate, tidy and esthetically beautiful. Provided parking space was convenient. Convenience shop and cafes available in the same building. Pool and other amenities were also great. Agent in charge was responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

The washing machine and dryer was not working properly during our stay, probably due for service. But other than that, we really enjoyed staying in the unit.

Good loocation & spacious

Not convenient since toilet paper & tissue paper are not provided
