The Penthouse TROIKA KOTA BHARU

I have stayed at Troika before but this is the first time at Penthouse as there are 5 of us and we need 3 rooms. Moment we stepped into the Penthouse, we were quite impressed with the interior decorations. However, when using the toilets, we realised no toilet papers are provided. So I rang the owner, the cleaner who left not long ago came back. Told us the owner didn't allow any toilet papers, for the fear of toilet bowls get stucked! Seriously? The cleaner said she wld leave us half a toilet paper to be shared between 2 toilets. Now you be the judge. Next, after my shower and washing hair bout 1130pm,I was searching high and low for the hairdryer. Msged the owner and she sent me the screenshot that it is not included. My bad as I assumed it is part of the amenities. This is Penthouse after all as I paid thousands for few nights. Obviously, I m pissed. 1 free instant noodle provided is closed to expire. So, that's it. My last time with this so called Penthouse.

Very nice place and comfortable stay. Quiet and calm place , suitable for relaxing. Thank you owner for the free tit bits. Great location.

A little bit late to hand over the key to the penthouse. Apart from that everything was excellent. .

Maybe the bath towels could be improved with bigger and higher quality towels.. its a penthouse anyway!

Penthouse clean

-No toilet paper -Insufficient blanket, especially for those who sleep on the extra mattress. Blankets were provided for 5 (those who sleep in bed only). To provide at least an additional of 2. - We got locked in the penthouse while we were about to check out. The door key lock jammed. No contingency plan. To spray WD40 ya! - The owner was rude, especially when confronted abt our situation getting locked in the penthouse as we need to rush to the airport.
