I liked the wifi, the pool access, the TV with internet, shower with the heater, and the 2 airconditions (1 @ the Living Area, 1 @ the bedroom).

Nothing. It’s the staff that’s my concern. The wifi wasn’t working when we arrived. While the staff is responsive to requests to check the wifi or provide a replacement, it could have been tested first before our check in time. The staff also barred my number, so I wasn’t able to call her on our check out day, so I wasn’t sure if I’ll still get my deposit back. Good thing the cleaner was able to contact the staff (a different one) who took our deposit on the first day, and he gave me back my deposit.

The room was ok , I like that u got a fridge, microwave and cooking facilities. The was a large telle and a sofa

The place could be a little cleaner

It was a friendly place to stay with laundry service and a small convenience store on site... We didn't try the pool but we had our passes...

Wasn't close enough to the main road for my liking but the trike service was a good value at 10peasos each

I like the amenities and the location. And the comfortable rooms.

I didnt like the kitchen doesn't have towel for the wet counter top.. and you must have account to use the netflix..

The host and the staff are not responsive. Wasnt able to access the pool since no pool pass provided even if the host was informed. The refund of the safety deposit will stressed you out! Its quite inconvenient messaging people and asking for it when on the first place it should be automatically given at check out.in addition, one particular security guard at the entrance is RUDE!
