I asking for refund . I booked for 5 nights bu I stayed ony 3nights. Because the electricity is disconnected. No power of electricity Maybe the owner of the unit never pay the electricity. That's why the davao light cut the power I move to another hotel as well. I don't like that happen. The inner supposed to aware about this matters No electricity at all

Worst service I've ever had, wifi didn't work, I got no help with it for days even tho I asked countless times, I just got "ghosted", there was insects in the room so I told the owner when I arrived but she accused me even tho they were there from the beginning, also, it is SO noisy, the walls don't block the sound of the school next to it at all so I had a bad sleep, I booked for 30 days and it was so bad I stayed a week only then I left and I bought another place, I will never go back to this place even if someone would pay me for it

The room was clean and bed is comfy.

My stay on their place was generally ok, but their few things that could be improved. Especially to staff, treatment to their guest. Also, check always the internet, if need mag load, sana naman meron load kung may visitor, na pendin pa tuloy work. I hope these areas can be improved for a better guest experience in the future. Thank you

i like the room with complete furniture and appliances

The power line was cut during our stay, and we had to wait for almost half a day before the management took any action. Eventually, they decided to transfer us to another condo, which was much farther from the city. We were extremely disappointed with the delay in assistance and the lack of proper customer service. They did not even reimburse our taxi fare for the transfer. To make matters worse, they made it difficult for us to collect our deposit, which took several days and multiple follow-ups before they finally sent it via GCash.

TV with netflix

The constant trespassing with no notification... They made me wait at home a lot of time for the cleaning and they never came... When I was sleeping the cleaner wanted to open the door and wanted to clean the unit...my gf was naked and she asked me why she has to wait she want to clean now... Communication zero... Deposit U will never see again even it's not a big amount...I wanted to give 8-9points but as they lied and just giving false promises I will give 1 star

The only good thing is the furniture was new and not stinky

When moved in was full with garbage from last guests. Killed a lot of cockroaches on the day of arrival. The cleaner came to the condo at least 3times oopened the door when I was almost naked with no notification before ...Even I told her to wait I'm naked she opened the door ... They also come to the condo when U are not at home without asking permission. Location is middle of nowhere (I had a bike and parked 5mins from the room) with very bad traffic jams. The communication is non existent and they promised me for 1week(wed,Thu, Saturday)the cleaner will come to clean the sink and finally when we were ready to leave the room they popped up with no notification... I was begging to get back the deposit for 10days and they didn't want to give back even it's just 1200peso...They promised me 10days ago I will get back my deposit on the day I'm leaving Now after 10days they asked receipt from deposit what I never got from them...They promised to pay for 10days then they refused to pay😂 I found much better deal with a very nice landlord... I will never go back there. If U like someone open the door when U are naked or having intimacy time then go for it... U will have a lot of surprises... Avoid this place on every way if U don't want people showing at your door when U are sleeping or naked...
