Nice clean room. Very friendly people.

The hot water didn't work.

I really like the room. It feels like home away from home.

Smooth self check in. It is in a safe location with lots of guards. Nice style buildings. You can take a walk or do some jogging and running around the compound. Near the airport and some shops around. The room is cute and same as advertised. Comfortable bed and pillows. Just need a more good quality blanket. Responsive owner.

The building alarm turns on every day and made me nervous if something is happening. The hot water takes time to get warm. Other than that, everything else is okay.

Location is great.

Parking is not included for the accommodation and encounter a lot of wifi problem.

No toilet paper. No drinking water.

Arezzo is a well known and respected condo. THIS CONDO is NOT IT.

The ad is not as advertised. It is pictures of the best parts of 5 different condos, the condo advertised was not the one I was given. The couch was 2 foot stoles. The "fridge" was large enough for one can of soda. The "aircon" is for the bedroom only. The "garden view" balcony is the ghetto outside. I requested a refund after staying one night and went to Northpoint. After requesting a refund, they stated, "I got what was advertised. (The pictures are not of the condo I stayed in.) On December 2nd, they asked me "which condo I'd like to move to" (pictures included). I was there nov. 27th moved out Nov 28th. It cost me an extra 12,000 pesos. This is NOT a high end condo. They are false advertising and using the condominium reputation. The bed was barely a mattress, the tables are from wish.com. I've stayed in college dormitories more comfortable than this. Save your money. I even fell for a "half off" sale and it still cost me 8k peso. Mind you, IVE STAYED in Arezzo before!!

The room was clean. The area was very comfortable. Toiletries were provided as well as free coffee and tea. The accommodation is near the airport.

I loved the room, it was just the right size and very comfy. The kitchen was perfect, and the store was awesome as was the staff there. the house keeping staff was also just as awesome.

the power outages, it only happened a few times, but the owner was very, very accommodating and very responsive. we were well taking care of during those times

- Internet connection was horrible - Place was double-booked, they had to relocate us. Luckily, the location/room was nice
