Short boat ride (compared to few other houseboats) closer to the ghat of boulevard road. The view through room window of all the 3 rooms in the boathouse, and also the common balcony front view is b'ful. Rooms n bathrooms were clean. Food is awsm, specially the homemade dinner was fulfilling. They have their own boat for pickup n drop to the ghat. Helped us to check in early as we reached before time.

No cupboard in room which was not a problem for me, but might be for other people. All boathouses are always very cold as they are on the lake, heater should be provided. Though they gave enough blankets. Price felt a bit on higher side, but I think this is due to peak tourist season in April due to tulip festival.

The view is amazing . Unlike other boat houses, its located at the side thus you Will get a clear view of Dal lake .

Very clean and well maintained houseboat in a very good location. It was quite a nice and enjoyable experience. Pictures on the website accurately represent this houseboat. In winter it can get a bit cold so make sure to bring some really warm clothes. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Great location. Nice and clean. Owner is very helpful and guided about places to visit and how to utilise time we had to the best. They also helped us with providing Taxi service which was very good and reliable. Mr Gulzar taxi owner and driver was friendly and understanding. Everything was reasonable including the home cooked meals for our dinner provided by Mr Ibraheem the owner. Breakfast was complimentary and of very good standards. We had a wonderful experience overall.

The room was very clean and all the needed amenities were provided.

owner tries best to cheat you. over explains everything that you are not interested into. Owner Lies, so beware. Always do promotion for taking up his cab services which are way too expensive than normal market rate.
