Vriendelijk personeel, maar moeilijk communiceren omdat ze nauwelijks Engels praten.

Greenery landscape and lighting

The caretaker / staff member was not very professional. Although he was responsible for multiple roles including meal preparation, his personal appearance, cleanliness, and dress did not meet the expected standards for hospitality. Additionally, he was often not truthful even about small matters, which made it difficult to fully trust the service. We also felt that he showed more concern and attention toward foreign guests than others. This experience affected our overall stay.

The personal was incredibly friendly they were so willing to help you with anything. The garden area is very cosy with twinkling lights in the evening.

Breakfast

The staff were nice. Breakfast was so-so.

The mattress smelled strongly of urine. We had to flip it over just so we can endure our first night there. Bathroom was filthy, the bathroom fixtures were loose. Lots of busted light. We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for one night. Paid our stay for a night but i got a phone call from their admin, she sounded upset at us not completing our stay.
