Very friendly staff

Place was spotless clean, well maintained Garden and Pool, Beutiful architecture, staff was helpfull. Tasty breakfast. Super comfy beds.

The room was damp inside, the walls also seemed damp, therefore the entire room floor felt like a bathroom floor. the hot water was not working and the shower water drain seemed to be blocked. The host should take more responsibility to maintain the facilities. She gave hot water for our baby for that I'm grateful. Still my wife and I had to use the cold water shower.

We booked two villas for 2 nights.   This location is a little out of the main area,  north of negombo town.   However,  you can still walk to the restaurants,  supermarkets within 10 minutes, and a wine shop 2 minutes away.   The villa rooms are very large with a big,  comfy bed with a mosquito net.  A kettle,  tea, and coffee.    The bathrooms are ok.   Ours was open roof,  with mosquito netting.  The garden and pool are really lovely.  Very peaceful being out of the main town.    The beach is 1 minute walk away: it's very industrial; the fish drying industry, so don't expect to relax sunbathing.   You can stay at the pool for that.  The garden is a really nice place.  Breakfast was sufficient,  but no Sri Lankan offering.    There is off-street parking if you drive down the side street,  and you can also park directly on the front.   We would consider this property at this price next visit

The washroom was a little rough around the edges: the sink drained onto the floor, and the shower was very weak flow, and the loo was loose.. There is no hairdryer.   But it was absolutely fine for the price.

Ontbijt was prima, maar had wat beter gekund.

That peaceful moment during the twilight brought true rest to our souls, and it remains etched in our hearts as a cherished memory that we will never forget. After a long flight from Amsterdam we felt welcomed and relaxed. A 30 minutes taxi drive from the airport (use Uber when arriving!!). Had a nice walk around the establishment.

First night diner when we arrived took way to long ... 1.5 hours of waiting. While our kids where done. We ended up having diner ourselfd and kifs crashed. The staff did their utmost best, but unfortunately simply took to long.
