The barns villas and restaurant

Location was good. The service was good. It’s like a small resort, we had a pool which we could access it from our room. It’s worth the money. It’s near to the beach as well. There are so many restaurents and bars nearby as well.

Breakfast was simple. There were a lot of insects. If the doors and Windows are not closed properly, it would get in. WiFi was kind of slow.

Leuke plek, fijn ontvangst. We kwamen later aan en wilden eigenlijk nog wat eten maar de keuken was gesloten. Wat een verassing dan ook dat onze bestelde drankjes werden geserveerd met lekkere snacks!

Ligt wat ver weg van het strand.

Das Hotel ist wie eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Wunderschöner Garten mit tollen Pool. Wir waren bei an- und Abreise jeweils nur eine Nacht. Konnten aber toll entspannen. Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten mit TukTuk schnell am Fischmarkt etc... das Personal war wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben vor Abfahrt für unsere Familie extra ein sehr aufwendiges Rice&Curry- Menue gezaubert - war wahnsinnig lecker 😋 tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Ho trascorso solo una notte al The Barns Villas and Restaurant a Negombo, ma è bastata per apprezzarne la qualità. La struttura è davvero curata, immersa in un ambiente tranquillo e verdeggiante che invita subito al relax. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, con tutti i comfort necessari per stare bene anche durante un soggiorno breve. Un punto a favore è sicuramente lo staff: gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Anche il ristorante merita una menzione speciale: la colazione del mattino è stata abbondante e varia. La posizione è comoda, soprattutto per chi come me era di passaggio a Negombo: vicina all’aeroporto ma in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il late check-out concesso dalla gestione visto l'orario del volo. In sintesi, un soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo.

Pool sah ganz gut aus

Soweit ok, Bettlaken/ Decke für Zustellbett für unsere Tochter hat gefehlt. Leider wear kein Personal auffindbar. Mein Mann musste dann die Erste Nacht ohne Decke schlafen. Frühstück obwohl wir gesagt hatten (am Vorabend) 1h später wie abgesprochen.
