"The location was good as we got out every day and looking at previous reviews, cleanliness in the caravans is an issue."

Quiet location and ample room parking. Lots to do if you have a car and like getting out and about.

Wasn’t cleaned very well, bed was lumpy and broken window in main room that wouldn’t open. We stayed in silver but felt it was more bronze. A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would make it better.

Ilfracombe and the town

The site wasn't good pool was cold when said heated. Nothing to do onsite. Upgraded to a silver caravan and didn't habe anything signal at all in the caravan no tv channels worked. Had no toilet roll or bedding on arrival

Well located and clean

Uncomfortable beds. Lack of cooking utensils. Oven poured with smoke when switched on setting off smoke alarm. Asked for another set of bedding as using sofa bed but none forthcoming just delivered sheets, wanted a quilt as was cold.

Excellent location.

Not too many actvities for a young family. Parking issues with neighbouring caravans. Heater wasn’t working.

Lovely location, great view. Main living area really nice.

Apartment VERY cold, barely any heating. Sleeping every night in some clothes. No heating in bathroom or kitchen.Very cold in bar area and dear prices for drinks.
