Good location with a good view from the room. Friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was suitable for the short break that we needed.

The room was cold, it had a very small heater and the room didn't get warm until the 3rd day. Duvet was a bit too small for the size of the bed. Not many electric sockets, you either had to have the heater on or the bedside light on. The TV had to be reset (twice). The toilet leaked after at the end of our stay.

Beautiful location, be prepared for walking up steep gradients and down (and back up) a lot of steps. Really good sized apartment, decent facilities for self catering.

Like most shower in bath conversions it was a bit flimsy, I think more places should invest in shower mats and handrails, I've seen this a few times and think for negligible expense the shower experience could be made more comfortable. I say this as an able-bodied adult with no balance or stability issues whatsoever. No wifi available in my room, not an issue for me but sure it could be for others.

Loud music, plumbing droned like a foghorn throughout the night no-one around to help, when I complained next day to staff I was told ".Well it is an old building" I left went to Beach hostel in Ilfracombe. And spent 3 great nights there.

Shower fittings fell off the wall when I went for a shower.

Great setting,friendly staff,dog friendly caravan exceptionally clean,well equipped, very cosy and warm,would recommend will return.

Lock didn't work properly, reported it,lack of lighting in public dog walking areas.

The apartment really needs upgrading. To say it was tired is an under statement. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It needs a very thick mattress topper. The staff sorted the problem but no bedding for the sofa bed was ready and waiting. Needs brighter lighting in the lounge.

Good location , friendly staff and tidy comfortable accommodation . I enjoyed my stay .

It met my needs perfectly and I was happy with what it offered .
