Incredible location, 10 mins from everywhere relevant in the city centre. Nice big space and the staff (Lory) went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

Gets a bit cold (likely a function of the age and style of the building) but they have an ac in the bedroom which can heat up the room

Best stay I've ever had - Best first impression to a city - many thanks to David and their Apartment Perfect Location, downtown in the middle of everything but the apartment is quite and we had a great sleep, incredibly comfortable bed, cozy living room for a break in middle of the day, access to outside - little private space between the buildings connected to the bathroom, etc. Best hosts I've ever had. Easy to communicate with - we arrived at 10/11pm, no guilt, great recommendations, truly 10/10 experience. I'm raving about Bologna (they even baked us a little cake)

The building, the entrance, the appartment, the bathroom. Communication with the owners. Location is very central, nice and busy outside quit and calm in the appartment. You can make tea, coffee, there is fresh fruit, a homemade cake (!), small fridge, bed is great, bathroom very nice and complete. Really great.
