Belle Arti Gallery Garden House

The property is spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable, with very helpful staff whom are very responsive. It is located in a convenient place in the university quarter, and is a short walk away from most amenities and activities.

Great location and perfect quiet/calm. Lots of nice teas and a coffee maker, but honestly can just go out for coffee anywhere.

Quite dark and a little tired-feeling. Overpriced for the feeling. No access to a kitchen sink of any sort, so we ended up washing plates (used for fruit) and tea/coffee cups in the bathroom sink. That seemed strange.

It’s like a small apartment (without kitchen but there’s microwave) so we have some space to do works in the evening. The host was really accommodating, and response to our need all the time via what’s app.

The door is quite thin so you can hear people walking up and down or chatting. I think if you are a light sleeper it will be a problem. The location is not bad, but we kind of need to go to the train station every morning so we didn’t know we need to walk 20-25 mins. But that’s our problem.

Lori the host was brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. Apartment was in a great location, was clean and well appointed. Fantastic stay. Highly recommended

Location was great, just outside the main center but only a few mins walk. Restaurants right outside the door. Lovely places for food all around and a vibrant atmosphere. Also felt safe walking home alone after dark as the road is lively. The breakfast each day was just fabulous and the hosts were so accessible and helpful, even dropping off a gift during my week's stay. I would love to return again!

The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is at the bottom of a stone flight of stairs so if you are a light sleeper it might not be ideal. I wore earplugs each night though and slept fine so that would sort it. Might just be difficult for a baby who is a light sleeper. Otherwise, I couldn't fault it!

Very central yet quiet in the night. Kind host, feels like home.

The property is in a great location. With plenty of good restaurants around, cafes with amazing pastries and it’s only a short walk from the town centre. Davide and Lory were very welcoming. They provided us with great recommendations on where to eat and sights to see and came to tidy up the property half way through our stay. At the end of our stay, Lory was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the property for the afternoon as we had a late evening flight, which was much appreciated! I would definitely stay at this property again the next time I visit Bologna, thank you!
