Beautiful secure cosy apartment in great location. Loved the bathroom being able to open the little door into the small private courtyard and the amazingly comfortable bed. Hosts were very helpful and on hand to help

The property was centrally located within walking distance of all major attractions and transportation sites. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The host, Davide, was easy to work with and had great communication. He helped us book reservations for dinner.

Everything was perfect. Great location, amazing hosts who were very helpful and made us feel at home. The property has everything you need for a stay in Bologna and is located in the heart of the old city. Highly recommend the property managed by Davide and Lori.

It was a bit cold but I believe it is normal for this old building with high ceilings.

Great communication with the host and his dad was waiting to meet us when our taxi arrived from the airport. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Fruit, a cake, bottled water and a small bottle of prosecco greeted us. Although there are two busy restaurants in front of the main door and lots of pedestrian/student activity, the large courtyard separates the apartment from the street bustle and the apartment is very quiet. We walked everywhere. It's only about 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore. Arcades over a lot of the sidewalks are good to protect from rain (or to provide shade if you're there when it's warmer than our October stay).

Nothing, really. It was comfortable and quiet. I would note that the mini-fridge is shallow, so check the size before buying groceries to put inside. Also, the key to the outside door to the street took a little getting used to: just pull it out a tad and then it turns easily.

The place was just great, very quiet and well-equipped. Lory (David’s assistant) was there to greet us and get us settled when we arrived. She had even made us a cake! She gave us all sorts of tips and names of trattorias to try, which was so helpful. When we ran put of coffee, she and her husband stopped by to bring us some more. And, when we left, she was there to call a cab for us. This personalized approach was wonderful. Thank you, Lory!

There was nothing really. The only suggestion we would have would be to put a screen on the back window because, even at the beginning of October, there were still a few mosquitoes, undoubtedly because of the garden in the back. But this was really a minor thing.
