Aplanty Nest amidst the Orchard

Very colourful and homely

We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the entire apartment to ourselves. Cosy, clean, comfortable, modern, with a few homecomforts thrown in to set the stay apart. This place is so versatile, it was great for a secluded getaway for two but as a tradesman I would be only too happy to stay here or the main house working away. Top host, top location, have stayed before and wont stay anywhere else. For the money the place is unbelievable.

Honestly nothing. I really couldnt fault my stay if I tried.

The location was lovely. The property was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy.

We stayed on a cold night (lots of frost outside) - the heater in the property was completely unable to make the place warm - it was very very cold in the property all the time.

* lack of oven trays. There were 2 tiny ones, with flaking metal. Couldn't roast anything for Christmas day. * had to wash towels as they had a musty smell and were poor quality. * no kitchen paper and one used sponge. * black gunge appeared when you emptied kitchen sink. * no tv on Christmas or boxing day as poor signal. Eventually got it going on Boxing day evening. * very muddy outside door * generally cold, no heating in bathroom * no hot water in bathroom sink

No breakfast, location was good for us.

Staircase was difficult for us over 60's Ceiling height at pillow end difficult. No hot water out of bathroom tap at all we had to use a bowl from the kitchen for hot water transfer. Grit came up in the shower when ever kitchen sink was emptied.

It has everything you need and is comfortable. The setting is super .
