Property is new with a large pool, excellent breakfast buffet but away from the beach. We got a day pass at Oceanica Resort for beach access, tables, chairs and towels. We also went to Alona Beach by Hennan Premier Coast

"We had a comfortable stay over the weekend. The staff provided warm service and assistance."

The hotel is just 10-15 min drive from the airport and accessible by public transportation. The staff are friendly and alert to provide assistance. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Airconditioning is comfortable also. The pool is heated and clean.

The bathroom area is a bit small and slow to drain. Water pressure needs a boost. Hot shower is not consistently hot enough. Breakfast needs variety.

Staff was great and very friendly especially Julielyn who remembered our omelette orders. It was so easy to book a massage and a day tour at the front desk with Alex. We even used the gym and the pool and ate at the bar lounge.

"Disappointing and smelly"

Aircon.

The bathroom smelt like sewage and water splashed everywhere. The dinner food was borderline inedible, very stale and not well cooked. Breakfast was disappointing with not many options, eggs for cold easily. Only one fruit and one bread option and no tea. The staff are lovely but very unorganised and untrained, they do not know how to handle small requests or questions. During our stay we were overcharged (double) our booking, which was a hassle to fix. The hotel also charges for an extra pillow which I have never experienced. The room was not made up and not enough toilet paper was provided so we had to request it. We had to ask for our laundry 3 to be sent up to our room 3 times before finally going downstairs for it to find it sitting behind the reception counter. Also the wifi is very slow and kept dropping in and out. Not a good stay and would not return. Location is also very far from everything.
