"Exceptional"

This was an amazing property. The staff was exceptional. Very cordial and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. Even had an in-room sink. The restaurants were good with a lot of selections. We especially enjoyed our dinners at the Horizon pool bar on the second floor. Good selection of Filipino dishes to choose from and a bar. Very enjoyable. Also free covered parking if you have a car. If not, there is a tuktuk service available for very reasonable prices.

"Stay was ok but there are things to be improved."

Yes over all good but the bathroom need to be improved.fit and finish was poor in the whole place.

Need to be improved the whole place .Concern the swimming pool was slippery.Add ladder for the pool ,music.Foods and drinks some were not available .

"Very pleasant stay"

Great location, close to Alona beach but you will need a motorbike. Great service and very friendly and polite staff. The room is well equipped: air conditioning, minibar, hot water. Great pool, great breakfast buffet with diverse choices. Laundry service also available with good price.
