Tollbooth Townhouse Close to Tidal Pool

Such a cute house on 3 levels. Well appointed and cosy. Lovely coffee shop right across the street. We dined at the Ship Inn in Elie and they provided a courtesy bus which was a great service. You are a two minute walk down to the harbour, it’s lovely.

A lock on the bathroom door and blackout curtains.

A really lovely cottage by the harbour, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. We were able to buy wonderful local produce from local fishmongers and Bowhouse and cook for ourselves. With 3 adults, we enjoyed having different living spaces as well as adequate furniture and dining space to relax in evenings. Although there was no designated parking, we were easily able to park directly outside and explore the coastal towns nearby. Our only issue is that we would have liked to have stayed several days longer!

Very clean and comfortable, great to have two bathrooms, washer/drier, and good location by the Harbour and Giddy Gannet. Definitely book a meal in East Pier Cafe if you can.

The host messaging system with Short Stay St Andrew's is slightly demented; over 12 messages via email, what's app and booking.com, incl lots of chasing on the 10am checkout. Also need to replace the bottle opener in the flat.

Good modern amenities. Comfy beds, great TV and clean. Well decorated..simple not fussy. Great location.

A bin in the shower room would be helpful. Cork screw was broken. Shower/wet room did get very wet quickly on the floor. More hooks in the shower room so clothes didn't get wet on the floor. Bigger toaster. We did not have water in the accommodation for a day due to a burst water main in the area. This obviously is not the fault of the host but it did affect our stay. We appreciated the delivery of bottled water from the host.

Great location near the harbour. The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay in St Monans.

Fantastic location for exploring Fife. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just a light not working in utility and lack of mirror in bedroom but apart from that it was excellent value.
