Location was great. On-site parking was also great

The standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. Insufficient crockery, glassware and cutlery for a party of 4. The cafetiere was only a single cup one - not suitable for 4 x adults. Only 1 x 2 seater sofa and a single arm chair - needs another armchair. No washing up liquid or surface cleaner. The 'feature' wall clock didn't work. Only 1 x key fob for 4 x adults is insufficient. No dressing table mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Very dusty and not the cleanest. Beds and linen were perfect but the toiletry bottles were grubby and there was evidence of previous guests.

Told no parking space available but car park virtually empty for duration of our stay. No welcome pack so no wifi information available.

Temperature warm and hard to control

Great location, spacious, and kitchenette was well stocked

There were no toiletries (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) in any of the bathrooms or cloakroom. The furniture was quite old too.

The location is fantastic literally a 2-3 minute walk to the centre where it’s all going on .

Only downside is we were not unable to park in the complex however there is parking directly across from the complex . I could see my vehicle from the window . It’s call J parking . Had no issues what so ever with it .

Fantastic location. Parking was easy. Angela on reception was marvellous. Great facilities. Wonderful.

Very minor details. No soap in the hall toilet, empty soap by the bathroom ensuite sink . Could do with a mirror in the front bedroom. Very very minor quibbles. Home from home
