Long Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways

Maintenance is desperately needed. Toilet ran constantly, condensating all over the bathroom floor, tub wouldn’t drain properly, so we showered standing in dirty water, half the lights didn’t work, stove burners don’t sit flat, making cooking difficult, sliding door on back porch didn’t lock (entire latch mechanism is missing) ceiling tiles are moldy, and a horrible mattress in the pull-out couch. My kids slept on the tile floor instead. Roaches in the kitchen. Pool and beach were amazing. We’ll enjoy those things somewhere else next time.

Overall nice resort. I did not get to check in until after 6pm. The tubs were filthy. None of the televisions worked.

It was a great location in Panama City Beach. The only issue was there was no dish cloths or towels, but I left some for others to use.

The resort was nice. Our room wasn't ready until 6:30 when checkin was 4. The room wasn't clean when we finally were able to cueckin. The washer in our unit didn't work.

Check in process was terrible. Very unorganized. Also, GPS wasn’t correct for check in location. Room wasn’t ready on time. Online Pictures were not of the room we stayed in. I read on a previous post about roaches. I can confirm the place is crawling with roaches. Very dark bathroom. Toilet leaked the whole time. No batteries in the remotes for the TV’s. The facility really needs some major updates. The location was ok. The view was amazing. The balcony was huge. The pool area was nice.

Property and Room were great check in and out was a little issue, room was clean property was as described

The floors were leaking there were roaches everywhere sliding door hard to open n close

Security was understaffed, not what it has been in the previous years that we’ve stayed there. There were additional fees at check in that were unexpected.

Loved staying here!

It was close to restaurants and Walmart.. lack of communication and our bed sheets wasn’t too clean
