Long Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways

The view was beautiful! The room was nice. Our AC went out while we were there and they showed up to look at it but never fixed it. It was very blessed for us that the air temperature was nice or it would’ve been a nightmare in 90 degree temps. It was not clear on how to book into our room after hours. Other then that the stay was nice.

Got this rental thinking what I rented was the same as the pictures. That was not the case, checked in all was great but getting to the room was the disappointment! It was not the room I rented. I called main office and advised them I had the incorrect room. They said “no your rental went through Expedia as a DELUXE SUITE, so that’s what we gave you. This room was NOT deluxe at all!! Well not for the amt I paid for. The room was clean but smelled like mold, both tv’s in condo did not work at all. We usually don’t use TVs but it was much needed as we did have storms come through. Overall would not rent this false advertised condo “DELUXE SUITE”

The whole process was terrible! Unable to contact anyone regarding the condo, the condo was not what was advertised and it was NOT clean. The front desk was NOT helpful and she was very rude!

I highly recommend this Long Beach Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was in great condition. The pools are great and it's on the beach.

Everything was great . Condo could use a little updating , but our stay was wonderful and relaxing . Property was clean . Would stay here again !

No communication from the owner at all. Never spoke with. And be aware there’s a hidden $200 fee once you arrive. Completely different unit then in the photos. We made the best of it while we were there the resort is awesome. Will not be going through this owner again. Will go directly through the resort.

We were misled prior to booking this reservation that we would be booking the condo featured in the photos. This was not the case. While the unit overall was clean, and the location was nice, it did lack several things that would have enhanced our stay. The bedroom featured a small tube TV, and the living area a small LCD TV. Both were very small and dated. While our unit had linens, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, bar soap and conditioner, it did not have any trash bags, toilet tissue, dish soap, cooking supplies like salt/pepper, paper towels or laundry soap. We felt like most things in the unit were very dated despite requesting a ‘recently renovated’ unit. The pots and pans were all very old, not non-stick, and in limited supply. The balcony was spacious, but did not feature a table of any kind which we would have appreciated. There was also a lot of sand on the hard surfaces of the unit like counter tops and coffee tables, although that stuff is probably hard to completely get rid of. Just seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned well. The front door was also very dirty and very rusty. It just overall did not seem like they invested much into the unit. To be honest it wasn’t the worst place, but for the money we were expecting more. It’s billed as being a ‘Deluxe’ something, but it’s far from ‘Deluxe’ anything. Just keep in mind to bring some stuff from home. Had we expected what we got a little more, we could have better prepared ourselves for a more pleasant visit.

Called because tv was not working and a couple other problems like ac not cooling good all the repair guy did was replace a bulb and leave

First off looked ok view was nice but privacy an safety major issue. No camera's on grounds,halls, Nothing. We had booked at five nights stay the second night that we was there or day matter of fact someone who came into the room took 700 out of my wallet took my bank card and used it at Target in Panama City and because of the face mask mandate they had masks on but that's not the only thing the third day that we was there I put baby powder down in front of the door when we left come back there was footprints but I was told I was crazy cops came took pictures of this incident as well as the first incident the room was Tower one 503 and plus we had no room service so there was no reason for anyone to be in the room
