Ottima la posizione e le dimensioni dell'appartamento

Le pompe di calore, seppure presenti in entrambe le camere da letto, non erano funzionanti. Lo stesso dicasi per i riscaldamenti in dotazione ai due bagni: uno funzionante e l'altro no. Dei due terrazzini serventi le due camere uno era molto sporco, l'altro, discretamente, pulito. Peccato, perchè per il resto l'appartamento ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative.

"Bel posto e molto comodo, con un ma"

La semplicità nel poter entrare e uscire comodamente grazie ai codici, il terrazzo (veramente stupendo), la modernità di alcuni strumenti e l'estetica con arredamenti sfarzosi uniti ad un tocco di natura con delle piante ben posizionate

La pulizia al nostro arrivo non era al 100%, e per quanto si trattasse di cose trascurabili come un paio di macchie e un po' di polvere, senza una scopa o aspirapolvere non abbiamo potuto farci molto. Per il resto, l'unico altro problema riscontrato è la quantità ingente di insetti, diverse zanzare hanno disturbato il nostro sonno e c'erano almeno due ragni in giro per le stanze, suggeriamo un trattamento

"Um lugar perfeito para se hospedar com a família."

O apartamento é muito bom, tem tudo o que precisa, muito central e a uma curta caminhada da estação central de Pisa.

Embaixo do prédio tem um restaurante e no final de semana tem mais barulho, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Se um dia eu voltar a Pisa vou me hospedar novamente neste imóvel.

Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut. Die Räume sind gut geschnitten und groß. Die Deko schafft ein gewisses Ambiente. Die Außenterrasse ist groß.

- Die Duschen sind eine Beleidigung für jeden fachkundigen Installateur! - Die Fenster waren richtig schmutzig. - Das Internet funktionierte anfangs nicht, was unsere Pläne ordentlich durcheinander brachte. - Das Flurlicht geht nicht aus, weshalb alle Leuchtmittel herausgedreht waren. - Bis morgens um 01:00 Uhr kommt von unten sehr laute Disco-Musik und morgens um 07:00 Uhr wird man von Straßenkehrmaschinen geweckt. - Auf der Terrasse sind Speiskübel mit Pflanzen voll mit Wasser aufgestellt, die Brutstätte für Stechmücken sind, unter denen man sehr leidet. - Die Deko ist komplett aus Plastik. - Die Terrasse ist nicht sauber und hat eine Gerümpelecke. - Der Müll muss selbst weggebracht werden obwohl man die Reinigung bezahlen muss. - Die Mülleimer stehen auf der Terrasse, weshalb man immer umständlich durch die Mückentür raus muss, um Müll wegzuwerfen.
