Location, space! Balcony in brilliant!

Water pressure in one (of 2) bathrooms shower.

Appartment is directly above bar, which closes at 2am. In the bar play extremelly loud music. The street is noisy whole night, as after bar close, people stay until 4am outside, when cleaning of the streat start. Simply it is impossible to sleep in this appartment and it should not be rented out all. BTW when you complain accomodation just suggests you to buy ear plugs. Just horrible experience

The apartment is gorgeous! Well appointed and clean

One of the showers did not work, 1 roll of toilet paper and we were given the wrong codes for both the key pad and WiFi. Super frustrating

The location of the apartment was perfect. There are a supermarket, some bars and some restaurants nearby. The house was perfect to fit out group of 7 people. The interaction with the hosts was simple and efficient.

Some items inside the apartment needed some maintenance. The items have been reported to the host, but nothing major that would bother our stay.

The location is more of a minus than a plus. Below the apartment there are bars and a noisy square. Not suitable for children and families at all. In the pictures it looks stylish, clean and beautiful. In fact, there is a smell of dampness, everything is old, the walls are peeling, it’s impossible to be in the bathtub at all, everything is covered in black mold. The sofa is all stained, you can't see everything is old and dirty. Wi-fi works very poorly, the air conditioner did not work no matter how we tried to turn it on. The owner put two blankets for 6 people. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment and they were left dead on the walls by the old residents. We are disappointed. The price does not match the description. I don't recommend it!

Good decoration and spacious

Mosquitoes, induction cooker didn’t work, bathrooms needs a re-do especially shower cabinets and ventilation. Lot of mosquitoes.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Beds and linen all very clean and fresh. Location is central.

The property is directly above a restaurant and bar which made for a lot of noise. - day and night. We arrived on a wet Wednesday and the noise lasted until 1am, Friday and Saturday were even later.

The apartment is located in the old center of Pisa and is equipped with the most necessary items. It is on the 1st floor and accessible by elevator. The apartment includes a large terrace. The mattresses were very comfortable. Good contact with the host.

There was a problem regulating the water temperature. It didn't bother me, but on the weekend, the residents partied in the square next to the apartment until late hours.
