Molt bona ubicació, apartament molt ampli

Hi havia molts mosquits per tot el pis

Great AC, comfortable beds, lots of space.

The amount of mosquitoes in the apartment was crazy!!! We contacted the staff and they were very helpful and asked us to buy a spray, which we did and this helped a lot.

Blisko centrum, dużo przestrzeni , ogromny stół w kuchni do wspólnego biesiadowania. Przyjemny taras z krzesłami tuz obok bar z muzyką.

W każdej z łazienek był problem z wodą , nie działała spłuczka i prysznic nie posiadał słuchawki . Woda leciała bardzo słabo. Na plus że po naszej interwencji przyjechał fachowiec i naprawił .

Super lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą.

W jednej łazience nie było ciepłej wody pod prysznicem, w drugiej w toalecie nie spuszczała się woda. Bardzo dużo komarów, dziwne bo nie było ich na zewnątrz ani w żadnym lokalu w mieście , wyłącznie w apartamencie. Sofa w salonie bardzo niewygodna, nie da się na niej spać, warto wymienić materac. Jeżeli chodzi o hałas z zewnątrz to mi to nie przeszkadzało, jest to normalne jeżeli wynajmuje się lokal w takim miejscu nad restauracjami, w których tętni nocne życie.

This apartment was not like in the photos it was very dated, cleanliness is a lot to be desired. It was mosquito ridden they were everywhere. The apartments are on top of bars also so very hard to try and get sleep with the noise. Personally I don’t know how it has a 8.0 rating. It was so bad we went to stay at our family’s apartment round the corner the smell through mosquito plugs is unbearable. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Location is very good, the staff via WhatsApp were helpful and provided an early checkin and cot for our 7 month old son when needed. The apartment is a good size and there is a lift that provides access to the apartment.

There is a mosquito problem in this apartment my wife and I got bitten all over and our 7 month old also got bitten which wasn't what we expected given the overall rating of the apartment but I do agree with other reviews. The apartment looks tired, the bathroom has green staining around the windows, there are dead mosquitos on the floor and wall of the apartment. The bar down stairs is noisy but the rear back bedroom it isn't too bad, the rooms off the balconies would be very annoying.

It is near everything! The place is beautiful, comfortable and clean!!!

The mosquitoes as my daughter got allergy with insect bites.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing and comfortable we felt like a home staying here. They provided all the necessities that we needed and it was close to the centre of the city of Pisa and the train station. We will surely be back in the future.

Great location.

Noise - the apartment is situated above a late bar. (Friday & Saturday especially loud till late). Bathroom not great, poor pressure and in need of revamp.
