"Great for a weekend getaway close to the city!"

Staff answered quick and gave us exactly what we needed for our weekend stay! It wasn’t noisy from the other residents but it was noisy from the train (I don’t mind). Place was clean and just enough for a weekend stay!

Upon arrival we noticed a cigarette smell in the unit. We checked our half and there wasn’t anything we saw until we checked the shared space and saw cigarette carton in the trash and wraps. The bathroom rack also was broken with nothing on it and the fan edge was ripped.

"Excellent"

Very convenient street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of things in Philly. Nice shared kitchen, private bathroom, private fridge.

No Keurig machine (it wasn't advertised as having one, and there were two French presses) I just assumed and brought k cups.

"Very cozy stay. Would stay again"

The bathroom was actually very clean and nice! The outside of our room (kitchen area, entryway) was very well maintained and made the space feel beautiful and super cozy. The balcony was nice but wish it had some furniture. The mini fridge was a great feature too! Was initially worried about the location of the area but ended up being super cozy and safe! Free parking situation was perfect too.

I paid for 1 queen bed and when we got to the room, it had 2 twin beds. I communicated this to the host twice and there was no response. We ended up not even being able to use one of the twin beds because it was broken - you couldn’t even sit on it without it making lots of noise. The handle for the towel in the bathroom also fell off the wall at the slightest touch and wasn’t properly nailed in. The floor was also quite dusty.
